Reader: My position as a reader is to provide diverse services as the course assistant, which normally consisted of grading essay papers, quizzes, and any form of test. In addition, I would create rubrics, enter grades, and help facility both the midterm and the final. English Tutor: My responsibilities as an English tutor was to attend the students classes on a regular basis, observe TA led workshops, and meet with the students weekly. In our weekly meetings, I would assist the students in understanding the class material, readings, essay questions, and homework assignments. In addition, I would overlook the students essays and find ways in which the student could improve their writing, analysis, grammar and articulate opinions.

Hello! My name is Megan and I recently graduated from the University of California-Riverside with a triple major. I studied women studies, middle eastern and Islamic studies, and ethnic studies. All three of my majors focused on relearning our histories. Its important to always know both sides to the story. Therefore, I really enjoy teaching history, because I have a bunch of extra information that will extremely useful. In addition, I love to spend my spare time reading novels, spending time with my cats and learning new things! Also, during summer time I love to kick it back by a swimming pool. I hope we can work together to help your child understand and learn the material that they are struggling with. :)
